Monster World IV is an action-platformer with RPG elements, developed by Westone and released for the Mega Drive in 1994. Players control Asha, a green-haired girl who hears spirits calling for help and embarks on a journey to save them. She is joined by a magical floating creature named Pepelogoo and a sarcastic Genie.

The fourth and final installment of the Monster World series (a spin-off of Wonder Boy) was originally released only in Japan.
