Features all the original's iconic weapons including shotguns, meat cleavers, and severed monster limbs used as clubs. The 'Rage Mode' temporarily doubles attack power when health is critical.
Notable for being one of the first games to receive a content warning label due to its graphic depictions of dismemberment and horror imagery. The North American version censored some enemy sprites and death animations.
